Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The original receipt will be used as proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at SoapOperaSoapz@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address:
4401 Birmingham Way, Raleigh, NC 27604.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Please note that Soap Opera Soapz does not cover return shipping costs unless we made an egregious error, such as sending the wrong product.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods that have been opened and/or used. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
